About the Founder
A Journey Rooted in Purpose
From a young age, Shirin Senegal demonstrated and entrepreneurial spirit founded in creativity, communications and leadership. Long before digital platforms transformed visibilty and access, she was already creating opportunities for emerging voices to be seen and heard.
Her early journey began in mdeia, publishing and communitcations, eventually expanding into music industry marketing, public relations, artist development, technology innovation, and economic mobility intiatives focused on helping people and communities access opportunity.
As founder of The Showcase Plus Magazine, she created a platform supporting unsigned artist and independant creatives seeking visibility within the entertainment industry.
Over time, her work evolved into nonprofit leadership, advocacy, systems collaboration, and community impact intiatives throughout Los Angeles County.
Today, through Impact Partners, she brings together nonprofit leaders, advocates, strategists, technology innvations, and systems partners committed to helping organizations grow sustainably and create transformational community impact.
